During the maintenance window, outbound messaging and message status updates will be temporarily unavailable on Inbox, Omnichannel Widget, Conversations API, and any Flows powered by the Conversations API. Inbound messages on these services may experience delays.

No messages will be lost during this period, and normal service will resume once the maintenance is complete. Other services will not be impacted, including SMS, Voice, and Dashboard functionality.
