For messages sent between 11:33 UTC and 11:41 UTC customers may have experienced a delay up to 5 minutes.

Investigating

We are observing an increase in the SMS Message Processing delays. Customer may experience up to a five minute delay between sending an SMS message using our API and the time where it is sent out toward the network.
