We would like to inform you that, between 8:29 PM UTC on 28th January and 10:00 AM UTC on 29th January, customers were unable to create new audience lists on our Bird CRM. Our engineering team identified the root cause and resolved the issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
