On July 9, 2024, the current certificate for the REST API service will expire. We will renew the certificate on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 07:00 UTC. The new certificate will utilise Google Managed certificates.
We are transitioning from Sectigo managed certificates to Google Managed certificates. This change will allow for automatic renewal of certificates going forward, ensuring better security and reducing the need for manual updates.
While the vast majority of applications will not be impacted, there is a possibility that some applications performing a comparison of the certificate with a local copy may experience issues.
To avoid any disruptions, please ensure that your applications are updated to trust the new Google Managed certificate. You can download the public key for the Google Managed certificates from the following link: https://pki.goog/repository/
There are three certificates in the chain.
WR3 is the CA that issued the new API certificate.
GTS Root R1 is the CA that issued the intermediate certificate WR3.
GlobalSign Root CA is the root CA that issued the intermediate certificate GTS Root R1.
