Failed to send messages

Resolved

From 8:21 UTC and 9:01 UTC on April 25 messages sent from the support platform to mail boxes hosted by gmail and probably other providers failed to deliver.
This was due to a duplicated email header (Message-ID 550-5.7.1) being set.

This only affected outgoing messages from the support (was Inbox) platform. Campaigns and other outgoing emails were not impacted.

The error was corrected by the team and messages got delivered again.
