We identified the misfunctioning service, and made a correction to return it to functional state. We observe that SMS delivery is back to normal, and there are no abnormal delays observed.

Investigating
We are currently observing problems with our SMS (API, SMPP, Mail to SMS) service. Some SMS'es are not delivered on time, and there is a delay.
We are investigating the situation and we will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
