On 28 March 2018, from 6 PM UTC (8 PM CEST), MessageBird is executing an internal infrastructure upgrade of the following products and services:
- REST API
- Dashboard
- Email-to-SMS
We do not expect any downtime to occur, but there may be a slight increase in our REST API’s response time and isolated latency. We are actively monitoring this during the upgrade and will mitigate any issues should they occur.
The following products and services on our platform are NOT affected:
- SMPP-connected accounts
- Whitelabel-connected accounts
- Legacy (old) API-connected accounts (found at api.messagebird.com)
Though we generally advise against whitelisting specific IPs as they may change in the future, if you experience any issues with reaching our REST API or Dashboard following the initiation of this upgrade please see if you’ve whitelisted a specific IP address. IPs for DLRs and Webhooks will not change.
The new IP for the REST API is: 35.190.76.112.
The new IP for the Dashboard is: 35.227.213.90.
