We will use this time window to run a database upgrade, which will improve our overall service.

During this window, Inbox will be unavailable and inbound messaging and message status updates via the Conversations API and Flow Builder will be delayed.

No messages will be lost during this time and normal service will resume once maintenance has been completed.

Other services won't be affected, like SMS (API, SMPP, E-mail to SMS, Dashboard), Voice (API & SIP), and our Dashboard functionality.
