We are applying fixes to pending flow invocations, new ticket operations are working as expected.

The cause was identified and mitigated. Inbox tickets closed after this update should have the flow completed.

We are currently investigating an elevated number of errors that are impeding flows to proceed after an Inbox ticket is closed.
