Identified

We've identified the issue. The issue (returning 500 HTTP code) was only occurring for API requests that were incorrect. No legitimate SMS traffic affected.

Investigating

We're experiencing an elevated level of API errors on our "Old SMS API" (api.messagebird.com) and are currently looking into the issue.
