This incident has been now resolved.
Started on April 14th 7pm CET till April 16th 11am CET, we experienced a service disruption that prevented us from processing a subset of inbound media messages on WhatsApp. Outbound media messages were delayed and successfully delivered.

Text messages have been now delivered correctly. We are still investigating a delay in a small part of the traffic on inbound and outbound media messages.
