Customers could not edit email templates

From Jan 9 20:25 UTC until Jan 10 7:40 UTC email templates could not be edited.

On Jan 9 the marketing team deployed a change on the frontend that broke the majority of email template pages. The change was not covered by automated tests and the manual tests were done poorly leading to the change hitting production and causing impact to customers.
When the problem was reported the team quickly (<10m) reverted the change and impact was mitigated.
