Database upgrade maintenance scheduled to improve our overall database performance.

Within the scheduled window, outbound and inbound messaging and message statuses will be unavailable on Inbox, Omnichannel Widget, Conversations API, and Flows supported by the Conversations API. Inbound and outbound messaging on these products will be delayed.

No messages will be lost during this time and normal service will resume once maintenance has been completed. Other services, including SMS, Voice, and Dashboard functionality, won’t be affected.
