Scheduled

As part of technical maintenance, we’re changing the IP addresses of our SMPP platform.
If your application or your organisation does not use our IP’s in SMPP configurations, IP whitelisting or firewall rules for your outbound internet traffic to our platform, please ignore this scheduled maintenance.

If you reach our SMPP platform via an IP-Sec VPN, we will reach out to you individually.

On Wednesday May 2nd 2018 at 9:00 AM UTC (11:00 AM CEST) the IP addresses of the following hostnames will be changed:

smpp01.messagebird.com: 35.204.9.113 (was: 212.61.160.230)
smpp02.messagebird.com: 35.204.29.87 (was: 212.61.160.231)
smpp03.messagebird.com: 35.204.127.67 (New!)

When you use our hostnames to connect to our SMPP platform, please add the new IP addresses to your outbound whitelist or firewall rules before May 2nd. You can safely remove the current IP addresses after May 5th.

When you use our static IP addresses to connect to our SMPP platform, please use the hostnames mentioned above to connect to our platform. If you are required to use IP addresses, you can switch to the new IP addresses from April 23, 2018 12PM UTC. Old IPs will be available until May 15th.
